For $700 for 2 years lease - worth it ?

What are your experiences with renting to students ? Can they paid up even though parents sent money to them ?

Student is doing JC study

I worry if student cannot paid up, i'll have to remove them - which we Chinese do not want to do that.

Proper screening ? I wanted to ask student's current landlord on the assessment of her, but they refused to tell me. Furthermore they raise further what i want ... i faint man !

Has bad experience on them.

U mean after you tried to assess her current LL, they increase the rental price?

Want to rent, must sure you are comfortable especially the tenant is staying with u.

Went back home (India) for 2-3 wk, never lock the main gate, left the main gate wide open

When we took back the house, those pillion, mattress has a brown stain and funny smell. We thrown everything away

They burn/pray their god in the bedroom, wall brown brown.

Next PRC - rent to 2 couple - husband and wife both work as Engineer

never do housekeeping

never mop or sweep the floor

That's why they wear slipper in the unit.

toilet use until has a layer of yellow/brown stain.

broke the furniture and put it back in place and put one side. the furniture fall apart when we want to move it aside to do cleaning

fish bone found at the space inbetween the window frame, dinning table and the table glass top , the side on the dinning table, under the dinning table.

living hall ceiling light break down,

always late in rental payment, need to call and ask.

First PRC couple return to China w/o informing us and want us to return their deposit. We reject.

Indo Chinese generally are more well behaved compare to Malaysian Chinese. Pinoy are too cunning to handle. Too many tricks.
