It shd be the filling of the water tank after flushing that causes lower pressure at the shower. This is normal, but if it really is an issue, the at the toilet bowl inlet pipe.. turn the ball valve to lower the flow to the water tank. Will take longer to fill the tank, but shd also channel more water to the shower
