Hi,

I'm selling my 3NG model HDB at Bedok Central.

Valuation just out at $370K , asking cov 40k to 80k.

Newly Renovated house situated at bedok central, 2 min walk to interchange and mrt station.

Upcoming Bedok mall just 1 min walk and upcoming swimming pool just 1 min walk behind the block.

Currently is noisy because of the bus driving through to the temporary interchange but if the main door is close, there will be not much noise.

No noise from the construction of bedok mall at all

Most of the construction will be done in year 2014.

Reason for selling: daughter just went in to Primary 1 in ubi area with many remedial and CCA lesson at different timing, as early as 8am.
