Engaging Reno Contractor

Hi Guys,

I'll be getting my keys late this year. Is it advisable to engage and sign the deal with the contractor now? and should I apply loan now too? is it too early?

think its good idea to start searching now, so long as you got floor plan

yes, its better to start searching for a contractor now to compare the rates. just go to any contractor and they should be able to guide you on when you need to apply for loan and all.

i did my house with Zhuang jia home of design and they actually guide me along the way and answered all my enquries without even signing anything with them before.
