that's the reason not to look for cheap contractor.....the cheaper they quote the more you need to worry but since tiles is done by hdb and is within their warrenty period they will compensate but can't image is not under warranty then will be a big hole in your pocket.

yes! mine was worse. i got one which some spots of the floor are cold. some warm. when its cold, sometimes there will even be cold water vapour seeping through the floor tiles.
