The Wall Between Wc And Shower Can Be Hacked?

Hi all,

I am really new here. Just bought a resale flat, very old flat which is around 36 yrs old.

The toilet is seperated as WC and shower, and each is very small space. Just wondering if the wall in between is hackable? According to the floor plan, it can be hacked. But a lot pipes lay in front and back, which is not gathered at one place at corner.

Any one got experience?

The wall is made up of block and it s a non-structural element thus can be demolished.

However, you will have to re-do your water-proofing as the "tanking system" will be damaged as the water-proofing membrance 100mm up-turn onto the said wall will be gone inadditional the the area where the supposed wall to be demolished are not water tight as well.
