Hi, Just wanna share my 2 month old renovated 4room flat with contractor recommended by friend. I spent closed to 40K for the whole renovation inclusive of almost everything with wiring. Found some ID with most of them are much more expensive. So we decided to go with contractor than ID. Here's some photos of my happy home

Thanks for sharing on the forum. I just bought a resale flat, 1st-timer, and would like to take the no ID, just reno con route as well to spend money on what is necessary.
