We have bought a dining lamp frm a shop at balestier called palace of lights. But few mths it spoilt. So we called the shop up to bring the lamp for repair. But it was delayed for 2mths. Then when it it comes bck, the physical appearance is damaged. We called the boss up n again it was returned bck. N again despite we kp calling the shop for our lamp, it was delayed to another 2mth then the boss told us the shop do not have new pcs. Ask us choose another one. But none of the choice he provide us is wat we like. So we went to CASE to fight for a refund. But another 2mth passed, the person who helped us in the case says that there is no respond to the case n ask us to approach small claim. Do u think I shld continue to fight? But if we decided to choose another lamp, I feel its unfair to us.
