On 27 April 2014, I have bought 2 sets of WC and Basin ( promotion) from your shop. (Invoice number : 1403066)

Before the delivery date on 30 April, I have inform that my 2x Water Closet (WC) requires 6 inch size.

Just yesterday, when my contractor was about to install the WC on my new HDB BTO flat, they found out that 1 of the WC was 6 inch size and the other was 10 inch size.

The 10 inch size WC totally cannot be install ( still new) as it is not the correct size.

Therefore I would to request your side to replace this wrong 10 inch size WC delivered wrongly with the correct size WC ( 6 inch size)

I just saw your post and must apologise for the inconvenient caused.

Due the the high number of orders we received, We decided to delegate the delivery work of wc to the distributor. Our staff has checked our records and confirmed that the information we sent to them was correct, as you have indicated. Our staff, Jessie has already contacted you to arrange for appointment for the delivery tomorrow. At the same time, we have informed the distributor, and they have promised to swap the wc with a new one. The distributor's delivery man will call you one hour before delivering the new wc. Please call Jessie at her mobile (9754 5522) anytime, should encounter any problem with the delivery tomorrow.
