My Anyhow Reno, Anyhow Theme But No Anyhow Budget Reno

Recommended Posts

Ok, i would like to thank everyone in this forum for contributing ideas, "things to take note", "things to prevent" etc...

After lurking around in this forum since Jan'14 after i've gotten my keys which, coincidentally clashes with CNY, so..... delay delay and delay....

Finally, my reno started yesterday!

The demolition of wall/door is done by previous owner, abit headache here.

Before reno, praying is strongly advice by my FS master since this flat is vacant for more than 2 years!

How come the unit was vacant for 2 years? So scary... :s

Oh cos i bought this unit under Sale Of Balance Flat. Usually repossess by HDB and they will be left vacant for sometimes to prevent whatever loanshark or whoever that wants to contact previous owner to settle off. (Heard from friend)

Anyway, nothing to be scare of, the only thing i am afraid of is being "poor". :)

Oic. That is a good idea too. Seriously, we really have no idea if the previous owner borrowed from loansharks or not until the loansharks turn up at our new hse one day! Haiz... its a gamble that we need to take sometimes...
