Space Clearance For Ceiling Fans

Due to the light-box, I left with only 58" width for ceiling fan.

Since the light-box is only 6in in height, is it safe enough if I buy this KDK Sensa 4 ceiling fan?

it measure 56" width and blade to ceiling is 9in. which means the distance from tip of blade to light box is around 3.5in

Too bad KDK only has 44" & 56" fans to choose from, any other good brand (no light needed) that has fan around 50-52" wide?
