Singtel/starhub/republic/m1 Fibre Broadband?

I'm moving to Fernvale area very soon and realise my starhub mobile has very bad reception over there, It's either bad receiption or it will occasionally convert to malaysia network automatically. I understand that different network provider works well on certain area, so how about Sengkang area? Which is the better fibre broadband provider in Sengkang/Fernvale Area? Please advise.Thanks.

ur mobile internet reception has nothing to do with ur fibre broadband.

fibre broadband works on the physical fibre cable that is deployed to your flat. mobile broadband works from the wireless gateway deployed all over the island.

Hence, there is no such thing has a "better" fibre broadband provider in XXX area. The only thing u need to check is whether opennet has deployed and enabled the fibre access point in ur house. If so, u can just go "shopping" and see which ISP's pricing or packages meets your needs.

If the fibre access point has not been activated, u can either wait for it to be activated or sign up for cable broadband or ADSL for the time being

Personally, I am using MyRepublic at home (HDB).

So far , a few service issue but was resolved quickly.

i use Viewqwest....initially every month got disconnection., but eventually was ok. Last month got 1 major disruption....

i recommend my friend to use m1, seems ok. If you are not demanding user, m1 seems very cheap.
