Building A New Toilet In Old Walk Up- Doable? How Much?

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying a very old walk up apartment and it has only one toilet which won't be enough for us. Any idea of how much building an entirely new toilet in an old building would cost?

Anyone with any advice? Not sure if it is even advisable given it's an old building

Hey, as you have suggested it is a old building, I would suggest you to please find out is it safe to do changes in an old structure. Most of the times, we see that renovation done to old structures can affect the complete architecture of the building.
