Premium fee for 2nd susidiary hdb flat yet not a resale levy? Whats that? Payable by cpf? Couldn't find any information on this.

Any advice? ?

I have no idea what that means...they seem to have a knack for coming up with these kinda "broad-meaning" terms.

how much is that? in percentage or flat rate?

for me...i kena pay 40k levy for my BTO flat.
