Hdb 3Rm Resale Renovation 20K Budget Enough?

Hi All,

am on a tight budget for a full house 3 rm renovation.

Is 20K impossible if it also including hacking down an entire store room plus an additional wall.

Considering Full Electrical & Plumbing as well.

Ya, agreed with StevenNg.... 20k is not enought for whole complete reno for 3 room flat.

I have quote with few ID company for 3 room, kitchen & 2 toilet plus kitchen cabinet n tiles is around $25k inc GST.

I Just brought a resale 3rm in hougang. 20k is definitely not enough. I go to 20 over ID. Ended up sign my contact with a contractor. Cheaper then what was quote by ID

I completed my 3rm resale flat reno. It was a overhaul which cost us 38K. The company was urban designs and the ID was Alex Eh. You may want to get a quote from them too
