Overlay Vs Spray Coat For Bto Toilet?

Hello!

Need advice on BTO toilets. As new home owners would know. the tiles of BTO flats are absolutely disgusting. Well, at least for my estate lah.

Was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction if I wanna simply create a single-colour scheme for my two toilets. Was quoted almost 4k to overlay the tiles, so I'm thinking of spray-coating instead.

Any tips? Thanks in advance!
