Need A Quote For A Small Scale Project (A Small False Compartment To House Led Tv)

Hi all..

Im planning to mount my 40" led tv and a sound bar on the wall but the cables will be dangling all over the wall which will make it very ugly. Can someone recommend me a carpenter/reno that does not charge exorbitant price to design and install a wooden compartment base to the wall so that my led tv can be mounted on it with the cables hidden inside the wooden base?
