Top Or Under-Mount Sink?

Hi, anyone care to share the pro's and con's of the top-mount and under-mount sinks?

Considering to get a ~800mm SST sink on my quarts table top, but undecided on which type of installation that gives less trouble in term of water leaking through silicon seal, maintenance and future replacement. Thks!

Hmm,I'm with under mount..I mean how often sinks get spoilt?

Haven been using undermount Sink for more then 20yrs...no issue.
