We are considering of hacking the walk-in wardrobe, old wall and erect a new wall.Workmanship of prev ID was not good so we are looking for contractors. Any recommendation? Should be one that's good in this kind of stuff.Our neighbour recommended one but we feel that the price is a bit high:1. Supply n remove walk-in wardrobe , partition , sliding door and remove rubbish $18002. Supply and hack a new door way with construct a new door frame and door (with vanishing ) and remove of hard rock $25003. Supply and install partition ( to existing layout ) with painting of partition $24004. Apply for Reno permit $300Remark : quotation exclude repair parquet flooring .Is this a reasonable price?Thanks!
