Previous owner has an aircon unit installed but this was removed when she shifted out. My ID sealed up the area but with wood planks and cement. After staying for 8 years, there is water seepage during rainy season and the inside wall started peeling. 2) door frame for main door - basically it's old and my family wants to refurbish itAny good & reliable contractors to recommend for these 2 repairs?
