Use a long nose pliers to hold the nails while you use the hammer to knock,save ur thumb and fingers.

Another way is the use screws with attached wall plug>Drill your holes together with the plastic trunking and knock the screws with wall plug with a hammer straight.

5mm drill bit required for the drilling part.Ask DIY hardware store the kind of screw i mention,buy 1 box is cheaper than buy by loose pieces.

With OMO, not easy to hold trunking, nail, hammer.....at one time.

What i did, put thin double side tape on trunking......one hand hold nail, another with hammer.

Make sure steel nail, not iron nail. Application on concrete wall, i meant
