1) connect the sink (already installed) to the drainage below it - the white plastic thingy (PVC pipe?)

2) connect the tap to the water pipe

How much would this cost me?

Can i DIY? Cut cost

Plumbing works require perfection as any flaw leads to not proper working of the tap and also sometimes leakage. So never try to do it yourself instead contact to the local plumber and will hardly charge around $70.
