Ahyong81 3 Report post Posted July 26, 2015 (edited) Their interest is not 2.98%.Since you and your wife earn 3k each,If you both joint, the max loan is 30k according to MAS regulation, you can only get max 30k.However if you and your wife apply seperately, each of you can get 18k and thus total 36k.
