Question For Citygas Water Heater Users

Hi those of you using Citygas, I have a question that no one seems to be able to answer me.

How do you run your hot water to the mixers in your bathrooms? For those with the hot/cold water piping in the common bathroom, do you run the hot and cold water pipe here, so that it goes to all the water points?

Also if you run the pipes separately to the mixers, does it mean the piping have to be exposed?

Are you BTO? If you are BTO you don't need to worry about this because all your piping is usually run (concealed) to both bathrooms already..

To add on to the discussion, is there a need to flip the main power switch on the gas heater on and off everything?
