Vinyl Wood Flooring Or Tiles For Living Room

Recommended Posts

Hi

I'm in the midst of planning my reno and have met with a few IDs.

I was given the option of using Vinyl wood flooring for my living room and kitchen to save hacking and re-tiling cost.

My 3rm flat is only 5 yrs old hence the existing tiles are still in good condition. Just that i'm not thrilled about the color.

For those of you who have opted for Vinyl for your living room/kitchen, how does it hold up to wear & tear and wet mopping?

Is it easy to maintain compared to tiles?

Hello,

looking for someone to take over my Evorich Herf package which I've paid a deposit of $500 as I've decided to go for tiles instead.

Secured special rate last year at $5.80 psf + 10% wastage + 7% GST. (If i'm not wrong, their standard price is $6.20 now)

- free coordination with main ID

- no colour limitation

- Herf direct lifetime warranty

- Senior salesman quoted us for the whole house to get the special price. Option to opt out for kitchen & bathrooms and keep the same price.

(Ie. 3 Bedrooms + Living/Dining room)

Pls PM me if keen :)
