wow i find it expensive. Neverthe less, me and my wife are newbies here and am not updated to know the current market quotation or prices. Pardon us. However we have engaged a contractor to do up our new BTO home. They are from Meraki Renovation. - Victor Lim 97656674

You may want to call him up to enquire and get direct cheap deals with this guy and maybe say u were recommended by us to get better deals i hope.. lol.. nevertheless we are very happy with his work.

I compare your quotation and mine and i find yours is on the high side still.
This reno company that you recomend have no website or any media online to see the works they completed. thus its a big risk.

to me, i felt that hacking is quite reasonable. cos TS mentioned that there is balcony. so i ASSUME that this flat is a 5 room flat. and since it has hacked everything, again i ASSUME that this flat is those type of 5 room old type which have a bigger floor area than the new BTO 5 room flat. further more, it is to remove everything from the interior part, thus looks ok. some more find contractors willing to do it at +/- $200 but 4.5k should be indicative using my asumption.

only thing i feel its price is high is the tiling works. too high to be exact. the rest, is more or less there liao...

Yes. its 5 room flat. 126sqm with balcony.

Hacking at $200 ? any recomendations?

Tiling works im checking, its according to 4psf tiles base on floor are..

My contractor is quite friendly. he will be able to adjust all my concerns.

Sorry to misled u. Actually is i meant this : $4500 +/- $200. Means some many do at $4300, some may do at $4700.

Second point. Even if its based on $4psf, its still very very high..seriously..
