Review for anyone in the process of selecting a ID:

Last year, when we decided to give our house a new look, we spent a quite sometime visiting several ID’s. We narrowed down to 2 ID’s. Finally we decided to move forward with Interior Doctor, as we found Ken and Sharon full of enthusiasm and determined to convert our ideas and requirements into reality.

Just providing our view/experience on the below:

Budget: they were in the middle of the range of ID’s we were talking to. So our selection was not just based on price.

Design: They discussed with us in detail on how to ensure the design meets our requirements/budget/practicality. They were happy to provide several iterations of the 3D when we asked them for changes. They were quick to point out if they believed that any of our suggestions would not look good as the final output. Ken and Sharon complement each other - Ken is good in designing and Sharon helped ensure aesthetics.

Quality: The work quality was good. And they were happy to correct any discrepancy/defect I pointed out to them. Special mention of their carpenter supervisor who made multi visits to our place to make small touch-ups here and there.

Timeliness: We faced certain hiccups along the way with regards to adherence to timelines. My understanding was that they were swamped with new projects and this stretched the availability of the contractors. I did get annoyed with the delay, but they made it up with quality.

After-service: After all the payments were done, I noticed a minor defect in my feature wall. Ken quickly arranged a visit by carpenter supervisor who helped to rectify the issue.

Most of their workers were good and polite. All in all, we are happy with our renovated house. Both Ken and Sharon are very hardworking people who are passionate about their profession and help to meet expectations in their delivery. Happy to refer Interior Doctor (Ken/Sharon) to my friends. Hi,

I engaged interior doctor to reno for my new house...and the reno is just done

I would like to say they are strong sense of responsibility n high spirits in respecting work 

As I am working in night shift, I hv no time to choose and buy the lights and accessories etc,

But they really thoughtful and helpful, they bring my wife to the shop and give advice for selection those things

Their price is reasonable and I am satisfied with the workmanship too...

The design is awesome and I love it so much...

My wife and I satisfied with their excellent service...

Since jan, me and my wife start searching around for interior designer.
We first met them at a roadshow organize by renotalk.

I was skeptical at first when my wife told me abt Interior Doc as they are a very young establishment. But I have enquired to quite a few IDs like weiken, carpenters, u-home.

Just to name a few and none came back after first discussion, some didn't even bother to response to our enquiries. Lebell and steve are the only ones that follow up all the way.
They give good suggestions on cost saving and accommodative to our budget. So being a entrepreneur myself, I don't see any reason not to give these young entrepreneurs the business.

The reno went well with some issue in between but were solved promptly. When we found the floor tiles have stains that we cannot removes, they tried to do it themselve over the night. One can feels the sincerity.

We are very satisfied with the end result. All our friends and relatives is impressed with our modern zen minimalist design. My wife now always look forward to go home. Million thanks to Steve and Lebell for giving us a cosy loft.

Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place to post this.. However, I just wanna share my experience to everyone here...
Past few weeks have been hunting for my ideal ID through discussions and different forums... getting a few proposals from several IDs & photos from their facebook.. 
Their senior manager from IntDoct contact me and I visited their showroom.. & at long last decided to let my ID Ken from Int Doct to handle my place redesign...

As my significant needs is that I need to move in before March... They are extremely understanding in listening to us and giving us a considerable measure of thoughts and space planning...  in less than a week, they get us together the second time for examining the citation lastly space arranging. We are in some way or another happy of the fact that there are afew ID who i don't wish to specify don't give me a quote after 2weeks....

There are even some id really need us to give a 1k downpayment before giving us a quote... Despite of their tight calendar, he attempts all sorts of ways to make our dream come true..
