1) need to measure the actual unit to see if this design is feasible.

2) where is the db box in your floor plan?

ya, i know in real area, it is different feel. Like in bedroom, it is not possible to get a queen size bed in. I am using the software to give me an idea what kind of furniture size I can consider.

DB box is at teh floor lamp beside the toilet.

Yes indeed, your bedroom will have limited space (Queen Size Bed, Wardrobe & Nightstand only).

According to HDB (Sky Vista) layout, just nice for essentials. :P

Hi   2 roomers community!

I'll be getting my keys next year july/aug 2019-Fernvale woods.

Couple of qns.

1.I opt out for the tile flooring.I'm thinking of just concrete for industrial theme .Has any 2 roomers did this before?Pros & cons?

2.The kitchen entry is wide.i need to put a door .Any suggestions for bi'fold/sliding door etc?

Thanks!

Hi Spikeling

Great that you shared the lovely pictures with us!

Can I ask , did you change the bedroom door?

I like the simple vanity top. What material did you use? How much did it cost to do it and did you relocate the piping?

For your kitchen, how many lighting points did HDB allocate to?

Thank you

I installed frosted glass. Fish tank shower concept.

Not high coz I am tall.

Eubiq is an impulse buy but turn up very nice.

Hi @spikeling, thanks for sharing your nice renovation photos, may I check with you how did you run your Air-Con Trunking?

(Example: from Air-Con Ledge to bathroom, then Bedroom to Living Room?)

;) Can share more photos please?  Thanks.
