WOW. magic koil is just a local singaporean brand and they can already screw up so bad...goodness knows what they will do with the overseas brands with more complex logistics.

We just wanted to clarify to public, we are a company with a history of 32 years old, business running in Singapore, all the while we had been running a proper business and provide a good after sales service to customer, even though items got defect and need to be changed at times due to unforeseen circumstances we will still change for the customers, if the reson is valid. But for this issues, what we had do and done still can't meet the customers expectation, they are not even willing to hear out our explanation plus they are too demanding. Without finding out the truths, they just push everything and smears the company reputation, by accusing us selling them a torn mattress with bugs to them, but this is not true. Despite the 1st time we send to them the bed, there's a little bit torn , it could be during delivery time, they spoilt it, but end up we promised to redo them a new piece and also we allowed them to change to other models after that they also complained one of the matters, there's a little bit torn and the others got bugs, we also got no second words, we changed two new pieces for them, but end up they rejected again, they say our mattress dirty and sending them old pieces. This is not true at all. For this incident we had sit down with our Magic Koil mattress supplier and highlighted this issues to them. Magic Koil is a reputable brand local made mattress is Singapore, it has been more than 20 years. We had been selling their mattress for so many pieces these few years, but never happen before. So we are very confident that their QC control is up to standard and strict. We did show the picture taken by the customer, saying there's bug coming out from the mattress fabric was different from the mattress they bought from us, more over the insect appeased in the picture was not a bugs this was explained from my supplier . And when we wanted to have a nice talk with the customer, hoping to solve this thing out and also we wanted to know where the picture they took, the fabric and the mattress was different from what they have bought from us. They claim it's the same, but the facts is different from the picture we see. They just demanded to refund if not they will go cases or small claim. So at here, we wanted to clarify to all the readers at public and we are not an Renotalk irresponsible seller, we were not just know how to do sale but also provide after sales service. But this issues is an exceptional ! Our company Silver River and our Mattress supplier Magic Koil were considering of talking legal action against them for damaging our reputation.

Hmm they seem like quite an ok company, looking to buy a mattrress and looked at their range. They mainly supply magickoil which I learnt is a local brand. Quite different from what is on offer on fourtytwo - like all the names are different. Still looking around but silver furniture is in my mind. They are able to customise the bedframe to whatever mattress you buy.
