Ya you're the same as me :)

I support German's culture and thus their products!

I went for German for as much as possible! Is Teka German? I didn't want to spend too much time at the store so I just went with what I saw :)

High 5, ya Teka from Germany. But I found their price is so much cheaper than BOSCH.

So likely will get their Hob as well, as the Domino style that I like BOSCH is way too expensive.

And Samsung digital lock on Qoo10 so much cheaper than Yale still, but still stubborn hahaha

BTW still deciding on digital lock... :dunno:

A few pointers to consider on digital lock. If installing on main door, look for dead bolt type. More sturdy and secure.

If install on gate, given your unit is a BTO, consider the space between the gate and main door. Is the main door handle very near to the gate/gate's handle.

Many house owners face such issues when only installing the digital lock and not changing the gate.

If doing on gate or door only, personal feel is kinda no point as you will still need to cary keys.

No need to go for finger print type, unless price is not a concern.

Ya my hob was quite expensive!

Aw man! I wish I heard about Teka first.

Ah well. At least reviews for my sink isn't too bad online, so I'll take it! :)

Thanks for the tips. We will wait for site survey, since we are doing mouldings on our door too that might affect it.

Yeah we're likely getting both or not at all. :)

$69.95 :)

Decent for me since they seem slightly bigger than the Castlery ones!

They're at 30% off from $99.95.

But limited stock available! We had to choose from the window display like literally. Haha! Spotlight PS

GUYZZZZ

Is Baron a local brand? I can't seem to find much info on it online, much like my Mayfair toilet bowls

My Rubine sinks are OOS, and I know Rubine is an Italian brand that seems to be not bad? But also MIC.

I have been given the option to change to Baron brand... but one of my sinks will be changed to a 530x420 instead of a 410x410 sink, think with no top up cost.

What do y'all think? Think Baron also MIC la.

But Rubine can find all sorts of things on it online, Baron cannot. :dunno:

My buddy who recently got himself a house got the Baron toilet bowl, but he told me got lots of issue.

1st delivery the item is crack, got it replace.

After move in for 3 months, one of the nut for the screw crack, and when my friend called they are expecting him to take leave to get the repair done.

Not too sure the brand from where but this is the experience that my buddy share with me.
