Help Decide Order Of Renovation

Hi all,

I am looking to start renovating a resale apartment and looking to do the following:

1. Repolish all flooring (marble tiles in Living and parquet in all bedrooms)

2. L Box Installation (Living and all bedrooms, no cove lights, only LED downlights)

3. Network cabling to ensure every room has a LAN point

4. Painting the whole house

5. Painting all built-in old school wooden wardrobes with louvered doors

6. Replacement of all doors

7. Replacement of a vanity top in one of the washrooms

8. Install ceiling fan in bedrooms and living

I am keen to try out engaging different contractors to do these things. kindly help to suggest the best order of how I should go about it and which things can run in parallel etc ?
