Hi Everyone,

Finally got my SengKang 3rm BTO key.

Now here the question, should I engage ID or Contractor? Got around 15-17k budget to spend on renovation.

A few basic thing that I want,

  • Kitchen cabinet
  • TV feature wall
  • Wardrobe for all room​

​Include those basic concrete for cabinet and washing machine , piping and plumbing work. Etc etc...

Add on

  • Shoe cabin
  • Mbr platform bed
  • Storage seat near the living room window

Headache ah! Not to mention really not much time to go and look around.. Sigh..

Anyone can really recommend me any ID or Contractor that will work out thing with me and with my BUDGET (Most important)
