Window Installation Procedure During Renovation

I just confirmed with an ID and will be starting reno for a resale flat in Oct. I am quite worry when my ID said window installation will be the last to do and he insist he know his work better. Can someone please enlighten me as from what I know replacing window will affect the tiling of toilet and kitchen. Shouldn't changing of window be done before the tiling of kitchen wall and toilet wall?
