Installing Whirlpool 808 Acm Hob. Advise Needed

Hi all,

I have just bought a whirlpool acm 808 induction hob. 7200w, 31.3a. Was told that to install a 30amp switch by e seller. However, my electrician say that hdb max is 40a, best not to have a switch more than 30a. Should i change the hob?
