Broken Cat6 Cable - Any Way To Have It Fixed?

Hi Guys,

I've recently converted all my telephone points in the rooms to data points.

Having done so, found out that the room beside the MBR has a broken data cable - brown signal missing.

With the brown signal missing, I'm only able to patch it to Fast Ethernet (10/100) but I want Giga speed (10/100/1000).

Any suggestion on fixing this issue? - Heard that getting HDB to replace the cable is not viable.

Hope someone replies.
