Air Con Capacity

Would like to seek your opinions on the configurations of the air-con.

Essentially, mine is a terrace house and I am trying to air-con the whole house. However, during times of the day, different air cons would be switched out, though not all would be switched on at the same time. I have gotten a few quotes, but all of them (air con contractors) give different variations. Any advise on how to decide which is the best configurations?

I have gotten the estimates of the BTU for the different rooms. For example, the BTU of the 3 rooms sharing a condenser is as follows:

Granny room (1st floor) = 9K BTU

Masterbed room (2nd floor) = 18k BTU

Walkin Wardrobe (next to Masterbed room) = 9k BTU
