Hi Everyone,

Happy new year and a very prosperous 2016 to everyone!

Anyone has any recommendation for a price competitive and reliable Renovation Contractor?

I just bought a residential property (apartment) and would like to look into renovating it. I heard too many stories of intention delays so as they have a chance to over charge, hidden cost, ETC - If its possible please share with me your experience.
