Just to share my good experience about this ID company , Des & Co. The ID designer is Frank WONG . I had just completed a 2000sf condo unit renovation with him. The end result was very impressive and satisfying. As my unit is a ground floor unit , I could see many of my neighbours walking past taking photos and admiring my unit. Frank is very creative and responsible . He ensured that the work undertook by him was an "art piece" by itself . We had a great and pleasant experience with him during the renovation and conceptualising of design.  Strongly recommend him as I believe though the ID firm is important , the ID himself is even more so.
