Base on demolish, electrical and painting works u quoted here, I think there are a lot of rooms for negotiations.

Agree with that. Some prices are ok. A few are are just a tad higher. Just ask for a overall discount before signing. They usually will accede to such requests.

ur quote looks expensive.. Some areas like plumbling, painting, electrical, carpentry too.. Maybe u can compare around. Most importantly is u feel comfortable n price within ur budget that's good already. All d best!
