Wall Hacking for EC

is it recommended to hack 1 of the bed room wall in EC? meaning that the built in wardrobe will need to be removed as well, quite wasted. would it affect valuation in future if want to sell? any disadvantages/advantages when it comes to selling?

Valuation .. dont know as it will be 5 yrs later after MOP

That's depend on your seller.

When I was looking for HDB, went to a 3 rm flat That owner hacked 1 bed room. If the agent told me, I will not even bother to go and see.
