Trusted and Reasonable ID or contractors needed

Hi,I'm planning to get a renovation done for my resales flat but not sure whether to engage an ID or direct contractors.

But I won't have much time to liaise with so many contractors.

So would like to know if there is any price reasonable and trusted ID to recommend?

Hi there,just recently did up a renovation with this ID company,my experiences with this designer is quite good and prices is very reasonable.Mine is new BTO though,I'm not sure if he does resales unit,you can call and check it out.

There are many bad eggs in this industry. Please be careful of this "interior designer" by the name of Eugene Tan. (Mobile 9***3882). 

Uses alot of vulgarities and threats of violence. Police report was made against him. He also claimed some lower grade supplier is a partner of the company when it is not (probably to get commission from the supplier). Very unethical and gangster behavior. He jumps around to various different ID firms so I will not state the ID company name.
