Need help!! Looking for cheap reliable Contractors/ID for my 4-rm resale

Hi, I am looking for contractors or ID whichever is cheaper to do my 4rm resale flat. I got 2 quotes frm 2 separate ID... hovering at 40 - 50k on the things I wanna do. is tis the reasonable price? I am looking to see if can go any cheaper....

Things I gonna do are:

hacking toilet and kitchen and 1 wardrobe in 1 bedroom...and basically, redo the whole kitchen and toilet. nid new flooring for my 3 bedrooms too.. carpentry wise only kitchen and a wardrobe...
replacing of 3 bedroom doors, and redo the whole hse wiring...

anybody got separate individual contractors? esp the carpentry and wiring? pls pm me!!! anything would do!

Just got my bto recently, like everyone, i was having a hard time to decide whether should i hire a contractor/id. Approach different contractors & ids, I finally settle down with this responsible chinese contractor. He meet me for more than 8 times to explain to me the different materials & works that will be done as I am rather fussy  He had work in the industry for more than 30 years, done hdb, condo, commercial & landed and is very patience to source for the stuff that i wanted. He does not have a hdb license but the materials he used is all according to hdb laws & if hacking is involved, his partners (hdb licensed) will be the one doing the hacking to ensure all will be fine. He had send me some pics of his previous work done which i will share below. For a 4-room flat, a 33k+ quote is reasonable to me as I had choose some good materials for my housing. Would definitely recommend this contractor as he will provide some cabinets drawing and give good advice which i think is better than some ids.

p.s do not have to worry if he's chinese and have communication prob. He had a great assistant helping him

There are many bad eggs in this industry. Please be careful of this "interior designer" by the name of Eugene Tan. (Mobile 9***3882). 

Uses alot of vulgarities and threats of violence. Police report was made against him. He also claimed some lower grade supplier is a partner of the company when it is not (probably to get commission from the supplier). Very unethical and gangster behavior. He jumps around to various different ID firms so I will not state the ID company name.
