Cancelling First Appointment questions

Hi guys,

Hope someone here can advise. Lets say OTP already paid, first appointment already booked, bank loan already signed LO.

Will I incur any cost if I cancel the whole deal?

Having some sudden financial issues, wanted to purchase a resale but might not be able to fork out the 20% cash...

Sian...really at a lost now...

Lets say OTP already paid, first appointment already booked,

==> Seller can sue you and ask you to pay the different when he sold later

bank loan already signed LO.

==> Look at your LO, what is the penalty of cancelling.
