ID only, without actual contractor works

Hello all,

My place is going to be ready soon and I am looking for an ID only for help on the design - is that available in the market?

I understand that most IDs quote based on ID + reno works.

Typically, how much are we looking at if we are just talking about ID? Is that even possible/available?
