termite inspections Question about termite inspections

Hi Guys,
Since we built our house 2 years ago we've had termguard do the yearly inspection and its that time of the year that they have sent a letter for inspection again.  I am not impressed by the way they make inspections there are, in fact, once observed that there is no law applied per meter of moisture that was a data system. When I questioned him he got aggressive. I even wet a piece of wood to see if it was working and nothing happened.

Most peoples don't recommend DIY for termites. ButiIf you go that route, see link here:

I have had termite infestation before. From my experience, it is not possible to DIY.
