Hi ... renovated my 4RM BTO reasonably with this contractor that I found and I can say it's a breeze. Never gave me any problem. As a woman, I'm more meticulous and particular and they alter  to my request without complaints. I had special cabinets and also design so my pricing abit more steep. However, if you are keen PM me.
