Contractor for EA

Hi, I want to engage a contractor for my resale EA unit of 146sqm. My budget is around 35k - 40k. Scope of works are:

• tiling
• wiring
• hack and redo both toilets and kitchen
• built-in/walk-in wardrobe in master bed room
• built-in tv console

Any advice on if my budget is feasible? Also, appreciate if you guys have any contractor to recommend. Thank you!

Hi doc! Good luck to you ! We are almost done with our renos for 4 room BTO.  we try ID first but got cheated. So ended up with contractor. So far so good!   They stop for CNY holiday, cannot wait for them to start again Monday!!!  There's a lot of info in this site - we learnt a lot but all the different quotation still very confusing. Good luck!!
