Repainting of SemiD house: Interior + Exterior

Am asking for a friend.

Does anyone have a reliable contact for repainting of a semiD house, both inside and outside. House is about 12y old I think.

What can one expect to pay?

Thanks guys for your PMs. Seems like pricing varies quite a bit. For the benefit of future reference for all, could you guys help with the following. Perhaps list painter's contact too. 

For price comparison, any idea what is the average cost to paint the following

1) interior wall and ceiling. 2400sf. Base and final coat with established brand of paint.

2) per door frame

3) exterior. Inter-terraced. 6m width, 2.5 floors

4) roof washing and water proofing  

5) scaffolding

6) gate. 2.5m x 1.5m

There is no market price for painting. It varies from house to house. Live in or not, furnished or unfinished, condition of wall, choice of colours over exsiting colour..

Just set aside $10k should be sufficient for inter terrace.
