Hi SlothQueen

Getting my BTO 3rd quarter of this year, and my floor plan is same as yours, except the opposite direction

Also intending to spend the same budget as you'd indicated.

Can you PM me your contractor/ID 's contact and details please. Thanks!

Oh and, what is eubiq?

Hi geneo79,

I've PM-ed contact details for my ID. You can read abt her scope for my flat here:

Eubiq is a track based power system. You can search on Google or Facebook. We visited their outlet at Nex to see see and ended up buying. :D

Renovation going full steam!

We were at the house for site survey with Eubiq in the morning. And we found that painting was almost done! The electricians arrived shortly after us so we had a few things happening concurrently today!

We are happy and relieved the colours that we chose matched nicely. Steadily, the flat is looking more and more us!

The ID sent us this picture after the electricians were done installing our lights today.

Next step: Aircon.. and then carpentry works!

Ooh, I like how spacious the kitchen looks after hacking the service balcony wall! Might have to keep that idea in mind in future. Looking forward to seeing how things go!

If it's not too much trouble, could you PM me your contractor/ID's details as well? :)

PM-ed the details.

Yeah, looking more spacious now after hacking but I guess I will lose the spacious effect once the windows and grilles are installed at the service yard.

What colours did u chose? I m still debating!

We chose 3 colours from Nippon Medifresh.

Barley White for rooms and service yard.

The rest of the house is mostly painted Sneaker White with splashes of Clamshell.

The ceiling is just white.. I believe its Nippon Maltex?
