reno contractor to recommend

hi everyone,

need some advise and recommendation on contractors who are experience in these few things:

1. laying tiles on planter box.

2. doing up feature wall in my balcony.

3. install glass panel on planter box

actually i'm on a budget and the tiles i have decided to get from lian seng hin.

 

but the chanllenging part now is getting the right contractor to do the above job as i went around asking and the price quote was abit out of my budget.
